If the College Football Playoff (CFP) has officially approved, through a binding decision by its authorized governing body or bodies, a fully adopted CFP championship format with exactly 24 participating teams and is confirmed by any of the Source Agencies after Issuance and before Dec 2, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
